Your Chauffeur greets you inside immediately to assist you with your luggage. Domestic Arrivals flights, the chauffeur greets passengers inside the airport. He/She will wait just outside of the arrival’s (restricted) area, with a sign displaying passenger’s name. International Arrivals flights, your chauffeur greets passenger inside the airport. He/She will wait just outside of customs exit, with a sign displaying the passenger’s name. For cruise port, bus terminals and other public transportation ports, your chauffeur will wait at the nearest designated passenger pick up area. He will wait outside of his vehicle with a sign displaying the passenger’s name.

No, Meet & Greet services are complimentary, However, we do provide a VIP Meet & Greet service at an additional charge.

Credit card information is required on file before a reservation is scheduled.

Payment are due immediately after services is rendered.

Yes, Pets are welcome at no additional charge, However, should an accident occurs due to car sickness, you will be responsible for a detailing &/ or down time of the vehicle (During Cleaning).

The industry standard gratuity for a chauffeur is 20%.

No, we allow you a 20 minutes courtesy stop, However, should your stop exceeds the grace time, you will be billed hourly.

Yes, unscheduled waiting time are billed hourly on your choice of vehicle.

Online reservations should be requested six (6) hours prior to your scheduled transportation to confirm availability. Scheduling by phone request require a minimum two (2) hours notice.

The chauffeur arrives 15 minutes prior to your requested arrival time, & waits up to 20 minutes for Domestic flights, 35 minutes for international flights, and 20 minutes for Private FBO's.

Vehicle luggage space is designed to accommodate 1.5 pieces of luggage per person.

NO, all vehicles are “smoke” free.

Cancellation notices are required 12 hours prior to the scheduled reservation to avoid penalties.

Yes, we do provide child seats & / or Booster Seats upon your request at no additional charge.

By law, children over the age of 6 yrs are required to ride properly buckled up in safety seat belt. Most children need a booster to fit properly in a safety belt until they are 6 to 12 years old.
